This is a draft. It describes what the software does today and will be reviewed before it is relied on.

What we collect

When you ask for an account we keep your name, your email address and whatever you wrote in the message. When your account is made we keep a username, a display name and a password, stored hashed.

When you use Tactus we keep what you build: your classes, their names and durations, notes, tags, folders and dates, and any class you send to or receive from another instructor. That is the product; there is nothing to it without that.

What we do not collect

The site and the app carry no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts. We do not track where you came from or what you clicked.

Where it lives

Your library is stored on our server and on each device you sign in on, so the app works with no signal. The server is backed up nightly. Signing in stores a session token in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in; it is not a cookie and is not sent anywhere but our server.

Who sees it

Nobody outside Tactus. A class you send to another instructor is a copy that they can see and change; the original stays yours. We do not sell or share anything with anyone.

Deleting it

Email us and we will delete your account and your library. Classes you have sent to other people are theirs and stay with them.
